From the chalk South Downs through the sleepy lanes of Wealden to historic 1066 country, this corner of South East England is packed with fascinating things to see and do. We will be following in the footsteps of William the Conqueror, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and A.A. Milne as well as enjoying a ride on the famous Bluebell Railway. Our base is the elegant seaside resort of Eastbourne. The stylish Regency architecture, the colourful, well kept gardens, the long promenade and bandstand will provide ample distraction during our free time here.
