A must for Garden lovers as we visit the amazing Eden Project where 'biomes' cover the old china clay pits making them a haven for plants from all over the world. On day 2 we also visit the beautiful Lost Gardens of Heligan. We stay at the Fistral Beach Hotel in Newquay for 1 night with evening meal & breakfast.

Also visit to Lost Gardens of Heligan on the 2nd day.

Day 1

We depart the West Country and travel direct to The Eden Project where we spend a day with entrance to this spectacular Bio-dome, situated near St. Austell, Cornwall. In the late afternoon we then travel across to Newquay where we check into our hotel for our 1 night stay for dinner, bed & breakfast

Day 2

After breakfat we check out of our hotel, to then make our way back across to near St. Austell and Mevagissey, to explore this hidden gem of a garden and woods, The Lost Garden of Heligan. In the late afternoon we then head back for home.

Fistral beach Hotel-Newquay


Situated at the Southern end of the world-famous surfing venue Fistral Beach, the Hotel benefits from astounding Atlantic views which are shared by the restaurant, lounge areas and many of the bedrooms. The beach itself is directly opposite the hotel. A modern hotel, The Esplanade balances up-to-date facilities with an air of understated sophistication and a relaxed atmosphere. All bedrooms are en-suite and attractively furnished. There are tea and coffee making facilities, direct-dial telephones with a baby-listening service and of course satellite television. The centre of the town is a 15 minute walk, (3 minute drive). There is a lift in reception to the main floors, however there are various steps and level changes throughout the hotel, to the right of the main reception are the lifts to all floors for bedrooms, and the restaurant, there are 4 steps and a ramp to the restaurant.
